In order to understand it more clearly , let dive it into our product Manufacturing process , It starts from fabric procurement, we are dealing with T-shirts, so more frequently we need to focus more on fabric quality, to do this we first takes the fabric and then transfer it to Dyeing department, and once it return , we washed it couple of times to check the color variations in it, if we found any kind of color variations in it we contact with Dyeing department.

One can easily check order status in the My orders section present under My Account.

If you change your mind or you have placed the order mistakenly, you can easily cancel the order by placing a cancellation request. One can cancel the order until it is shipped.

Your return request gets declined only if the returned item(s) is damaged or the original tags are missing.

We support various payment options like cash on delivery (only in selected pin codes), net banking, credit card, debit card, wallets, and gift cards.

Due to any reason if the payment fails, you can retry paying and if still payment is not successful, you can use the cash on delivery(COD) option(if applicable).

To return an item(s), visit the ‘orders’ section. From there select the item(s) that you want to return & click on ‘I want to return’ to create a return request.

As soon as the returned item(s) is successfully picked, refund will be initiated.
