Shipping Policy

All successful orders will be shipped within estimated shipping and delivery timelines as mentioned on the product page. Free shipping is provided for all orders above INR 1000. A shipping charge is applicable to orders below this amount. Please take note of the below points:

  • Please refer to the product page for estimated shipping and delivery timelines. From the time of order is placed, it takes about 6-7 business days for orders to reach you.

  • In case you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control.

  • We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package doesn’t reach you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at and we will try our best to resolve your issues.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you can track the order from the My Order section. You can track the status of your package.


Return Policy

If a product is eligible for a return then the following terms & conditions apply:

  • If the product is eligible for return/ replacement, you can raise the return/ replacement request from the My Order section in App within {cateogry days} of delivery to request return and replacement.

  • Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging, and eligible for return only can be returned/ replaced.

  • Once you request to return a product, a pick-up is organised for the item. We will let you know once we get confirmation from our courier partner. Once the pickup is done, your refund will be initiated from our end. You can cancel your order before your parcel being shipped.

  • Hiscraves reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the a customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.

  • Customers will be required to provide bank details/UPI ID where they would like to receive the refund.

  • You can return any products that are eligible for returns within [Category days] of delivery.
